The 2023 National Royal Rangers LEAD Conference will take place on March 9–11 at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This conference will provide important updates and information concerning the Royal Rangers program and will provide leaders with opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with other Royal Rangers leaders from across the country. This year’s conference will include the following:

• National Rendezvous 2024 information
• National program and training updates
• Informative functional & regional breakaways
• Fun activities for the ladies with Cindy Fleig, national director’s wife
• Corporate worship and prayer

All Royal Rangers organizational leaders are encouraged to attend. Outpost leaders are welcome to attend as well.
